Half-Day Workshops:
Living Mindfully – One Hour
This hands on workshop will introduce mindfulness meditation, its uses and benefits. We will discussing how meditation can improve our lives and our relationships at home and at work. The focus of this workshop is to learn to integrate mindfulness into every waking moment of our lives through simple and proven methods.
Meditation Techniques – Two Hour
This skills based experiential workshop is an excellent follow up to the Living Mindfully workshop where we will learn specific techniques for calming the mind and developing focus. This workshop can be likened to a fitness class for your mind. Visualizations, proper posture for meditation, and mindful movement will be explored.
Finding Peace, Patience, and Focus
We will spend a portion of this workshop working towards developing the ability to focus and be patient. Based on Neuro Linguistic techniques, we will learn to access these two crucial inner resources when they are needed most. Participants will walk away from this workshop with several practical tools for reducing stress, increasing focus and patience.
Additional Services:
Daylong – Learning to Thrive in Your Office
This workshop is specifically tailored to corporate settings and corporate wellness programs where employees face challenges of daily office life. Learning to work with those challenges and face them without fear is possible given the right set of tools, beliefs, and motivations. We will explore how meditative practices can help us be present in the moment enabling us to deal with difficulties with a positive attitude and a calm mind.
Mindfulness Series (6 week course)
A six week comprehensive course that enables participants to learn, practice, and integrate the internal practices of mindfulness, meditation, mindful movement, and breathing. The advantage of this format is that individuals are able to take what they have learned home and to work, beginning to integrate the lessons into their daily lives. Naturally, questions and interesting lessons will come up and we will have the opportunity to explore and share these insights over the six week period.
Individual Guidance
Often, individuals have specific situations and questions that can not be addressed in a classroom setting. Vlad is available in person and over the phone to offer individual assistance and guidance.
