I have not read the book, unfortunately, but I agree that all the meditative roads lead to the same place. The farther away from that place we are, the more we see the differences.

I have read this book, it is very great book. But I found that sometimes it goes above the head. I find reading lighter books like power of now by eckahrt tole even better. No doubt pantajalis books is too good but just for little more advanced spiritual seeker.
